Her passion was inherited by our mother, who opened Stix Eatery in Concord in 2017, continuing to serve authentic Thai food with the same heart and family recipes. Now, as the third generation, we proudly launch Thai Go—a fast-casual concept that honors everything our family has built while embracing the pace of today.
